Membership
You agree to accept the Terms and Conditions of our Service by submitting any form on our website or by providing information to any of our agents either during the picture session or via Customer Care Center (s).
Ordering Photo Prints
2.1 Online or Customer Care Center: Krushna Photography offers both online ordering and customer care. For more information about ordering photo prints, please visit our ordering FAQ page.
Quality of Photo Prints
2.2 According to industry standards, Krushna Photography promises to deliver prints of the highest quality. You acknowledge that, in the event that you submit the digital files, the print quality may change. As a result, it is possible that some prints' quality won't be up to par, in which case Krushna Photography won't be held liable.
Pricing of Photo Prints
On our website, all of the prices are listed in USD. Taxes, shipping, and packing fees will be charged as needed.
Restricted reuse of service
You hereby agree that you will not attempt to replicate, sell or resell, copy, or sell any portion of the print(s) for any commercial purpose(s) without Krushna Photography's full prior written authorization.
Cancellation of Order
Your happiness is significant to us. We do recognise that there may be instances in which you might want to cancel your order. If you placed your order online, you must phone our Customer Care Center within 24 hours to proceed with the cancellation. If you placed your order on a Saturday or the day before a holiday, please call back the following business day. If you decide to cancel the order, a 25% fee will be assessed regardless of whether it has been sent out for delivery or not. If the item has already been sent out for delivery, cancellation is not an option.
Delivery of Order
Krushna Photography has made a commitment to completing your purchase within the allotted time frame, which is typically 3 to 4 weeks from the moment you choose the images for editing. Krushna Photography will not be held liable for delivery delays brought on by unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. Krushna Photography makes the assumption that the address you enter is accurate, and neither the courier company nor Krushna Photography will be held liable for delivery to an inaccurate address if an incorrect address was provided at the time of ordering.
Credit card payment
Krushna Photography acknowledges that it does not keep a database of payment card information. When paying for an order, the user could be taken to a third-party website where they must enter their credit card information. Krushna Photography disclaims any liability for any misuse of the credit card information that users supply to third parties and disclaims any control over the content on any third-party websites.
Share with family and friends
Now that a share email has been sent independently from your welcome email, you can inform relatives and friends of your impending arrival by forwarding them. A link to your private portrait page will be included in the share email. Through your online baby portrait website, you can also send invitations through email or upload your favourite photo to your Facebook wall.
Removal of data
Krushna Photography is in charge of protecting your data in terms of pictures that haven't yet been delivered as promised, but it's the client's duty to realise that once the client has been given a link to choose images for editing, the client is equally in charge of responding back with their choice of pictures.
Editing
Krushna Photography is in charge of protecting your data in terms of pictures that haven't yet been delivered as promised, but it's the client's duty to realise that once the client has been given a link to choose images for editing, the client is equally in charge of responding back with their choice of pictures. Krushna Photography will delete the data in order to maintain the level of data storage in the event that the customer has not started the selection process or has not provided sufficient information as part of the selection process up to 6 months. If the client has a legitimate cause for wanting us to keep the data for a while, the customer must make the request in advance and within six months of the photo shoot; otherwise, Krushna Photography won't be held liable for any removal of data older than six months.
Governing Law
Without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law among the various states of India, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country's judiciary. If required by law, Krushna Photography may amend, relocate, alter, suspend, or discontinue all or a portion of the services it offers.
If Krushna Photography believes that disclosing Personal Information is necessary to comply with a legal requirement or procedure, such as a search warrant or other official investigation or order, it may reveal Personal Information that it has collected. As needed or permitted by law, it may also divulge such information in response to a request from a law enforcement agency or to an investigating body in the event of a contract violation or legal violation. In the event that there are problems with the payment processing or if payments are made in instalments, we may also reveal Personal Information to help us collect a debt owing by you.
Security
You can use a password you choose to secure online access to your Account in the event that we gave you access to it. Any and all activity that takes place on our websites while using that password is solely your responsibility. It is requested that you keep any security code or password you use to access Krushna Photography's services to yourself and not to divulge it to anyone else. You acknowledge that keeping the security code or password private is your duty, and you accept responsibility for any repercussions resulting from the misuse of either. You consent to immediately inform Krushna Photography of any unauthorised use of your password or user name or any other security lapse. You promise to fill out any form that our sites may refer you to with true, current, complete, and accurate information whenever it is requested.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SITES' SERVICES, SOFTWARE, CONTENT, AND/OR MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. including any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance, as well as implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. In particular, neither KRUSHNA PHOTOGRAPHY nor our agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees and subcontractors MAKE ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE, INCLUDING THE SERVICES, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, THAT THE SITES OR ANY SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, THAT THE SITE, INCLUDING THE SERVICE(S), WILL BE AVAILABLE, NO WARRANTY IS MADE BY KRUSHNA PHOTOGRAPHY OR ANY OF OUR AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUBCONTRACTOR WITH RESPECT TO ANY SOFTWARE, GOODS, SERVICES, PROMOTIONS, OR THE DELIVERY OF ANY SOFTWARE, GOODS, OR SERVICES PURCHASED, ACCESSED OR OBTAINED THROUGH (S). A WARRANTY SHALL NOT BE CREATED BY ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY Krushna Photography, NOR BY ANY OF OUR AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES.
Indemnity
You consent to hold Krushna Photography, its agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, and subcontractors harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, and expenses that may result from or be related to any User Content linked to you or your Account or any breach of these Terms by you or through your Account.
No Call No Show
You acknowledge that if you don't show up for your planned appointment or decide to cancel it the day of the shoot, you are effectively forfeiting your session and we might not be able to arrange another session with you in the future. Remember that when we reserve a time slot for you, we are holding that time slot exclusively for you. We are unable to schedule someone else as a result. No booking amount paid in advance (which is non-refundable in nature) can be changed anywhere since no call, no show clients are considered business losses.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, which we consider to be fair and reasonable, are meant to be the entirety of your agreement with us regarding your use of and access to Krushna Photography. They supersede any prior agreements and understandings you and Krushna Photography may have had. In addition to this, you can read our Privacy Policy for more details.
